There comes a time when your mind fails you. It commences when the
billions of neurons in that skull start to shrink, and so do your mental
faculties. Like focusing, for instance.
Like a drift wood caught in a sea cyclone, I resigned myself to my
fate. Free fall for both, like Newton's apple dropping on his lap.
I never thought Regine can still put a new twist to this song And I'm Telling You. After singing this song for more than 2 decades, she made it more difficult for others to replicate. Hitting a Bb5 in chest voice while sitting.
Regine's been working hard again rehearsing for Regine's Most Requested, hosting in SOP and shooting her new movie with Aga Muhlach (Umboy at Bern). These are the reasons why for the past two weeks her voice seemed to have lost its usual power in her Versions segment in SOP. Her voice's fatigued.
Once again, she amazed everyone that Regine Velasquez is definitely not going through a Mariah Carey voice Breakdown. This is her repertoire and just imagine how these songs can be very vocally challenging even to professional singers like her.
This transcript and video sneek peek is from Von aka Ergo in his Youtube account. Thanks for sharing!

This is Regine's way of helping a colleague in the music industry-Carlo Bulahan. The Tux & Regine were managed by Ronnie Henares in the early 80s till the late 90s. This was a 2 night benefit show (July 17 & 18) entiled sTUX on You...You've Got A Friend.
This is the movie theme of Oh My Girl- Walang Iba recorded by Regine Velasquez. This is the first screen team up of Judy Ann Santos and Ogie Alcasid.
The concept is derived from the Hollywood movie Tootsie starring Dustin Hoffman.
Desperate situations, require desperate measures so this is what Ogie's character (Biboy/Frida) did in this movie.
I'm assuming Ogie worked for Judy Ann (Opao/Darling) as her Personal Assistant. Somebody that acted like an aunt (tita). No wonder her clothes are soo matronic. But aren't matrons, nowadays, chic and fashionable?
Reginehas a cameo role as aproduction assistant. A Must See!
Finally, the long wait is over. Regine's Low Key album is available in Asia. This will definitely revive Regine's career in Asia. Remember that the Asia's Songbird, is the Only Filipino artist who was successful in releasing 3 asian albums. Regine's duet with Jacky Cheung "In Love with You" even beat Madonna for the No. 1 spot in MTV Asia's top 20.
This is truly good news especially to Asian fans of Regine who are deprived of her presence in the region. The album cover has a different artwork and song sequence. Low Key is now released in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia and Thailand!Grab a copy Now.

I really don't want to miss on seeing these shows. They say Manila is a 3rd World Country but Big time Foreign Artists frequently visit us. This is everyone's chance to witness Lady Gaga's eccentricities. Be it in her fashion statement or dance moves. I don't mind her lipsynching, as long as she rocks Manila with her outlandish clothes and stage gimmickries. Lady Gaga Live in Manila will be on August 11 at the Araneta Coliseum(Click to View Seats & Prices).
Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez will have a two-night show on Aug. 1 & 8 at the new Sky Dome SM North Edsa. It's all about her Most Requested songs. Also, this will be her venue to promote some songs from her Low KeyAlbum. Regine's special guest will be Eva Castillo, her most feared rival in amateur singing contests. So expect a battle of the lungs medley from these belters.
