This is a video taken by the crew of Larry King Live in Michael Jackson's estate. The video is definitely not tampered. They have played the scene a number of times for everyone's naked eyes to see Michael Jackson's ghostly apparition.

They catch paranormal stuff like that on Ghosthunters and Sghost adventures. As long as the spirits are not demons, they won't harm anyone. I think Michael Jackson (if thats his shade) is not aware he's passed away.
